got a car with many issues Donhattan ford delivered the car to my home(Ford fusion SE) , they said car was in great condition i took the delivery, but later i saw that it has 40 Donhattan ford delivered the car to my home(Ford fusion SE) , they said car was in great condition i took the delivery, but later i saw that it has 4000 plus miles more than what they posted and the rear ac was broken, they did not give my 4 digit pin still i have taken the delivery. The next day when i drove on Freeway there was a vibration and weird sounds coming out of the tires over her i was scared and worried it was clearly out of alignment and right side front tire is completly worn out due to alignment issue, i have called them back in 3 days after the delivery and they say first they will fix it for free and now say that it is not covered under warrenty and we are not responsible for that and are being very rude, will never to business with this guys never seen such a bad sales team. Untill i gave the check they were all nice once they got the money they don’t even care about the customers. More

A 2004 Ford Mustang, 2010 F150, two 2016 Ford Mustangs, 2017 F250, and now a 2012 Ford Focus for our Son. Today Eddie was our salesman and like usual we were taken care of. I particularly like Eddie’s forward approach to selling vehicles. You’re not working with a slimy liar like most lots. We had a slightly different buying experience under the new management but were still able to leave the table mostly satisfied. We will continue to purchase vehicles from this store. Extra thanks to Kyle as well for putting up with our aggressive car buying style too. More

Bunch of lairs!!! This place is full of lairs. They let us drive a car for a week to make us bring it back because we 'weren't approved' we traded for a new car to fin This place is full of lairs. They are scammers and poor customer service. When we found their mistake less then 24 hours later they told us it was to late. Save yourself the time and avoid this God forsaken place. Should have kept my business with Mel Hambelton from the start. More
