One of the most pleasing things about the purchase process was my experience of dealing with and being helped by JOE BRUNNER. The sales person that helped me with the purchase. I cannot reasonably think of how he could have been more friendly, helpful and courteous. He went the extra step to take the time not only show me the advanced features of the Fusion, but how to use them. Thanks to the Don Hattan team and great thanks to Joe Brunner. More

Dang, buying a car is hard enough without being misled by the sales management. They have integrity issues well up the food chain obviously. More

Kelly met us on the lot and was very helpful showing us new F-150s. He came across as a friend and not a salesman. He encouraged us to do our research, to test drive other vehicles, and to make the decision that was best for us. When it came time to deal on the truck, Kelly, the sales manager (I didn’t get his name), and Thad (the finance manager), were absolutely fantastic to work with. It was a quick process from agreeing to terms to signing the final paperwork. It was no pressure from the time we set foot on the lot to the time we walked out with our new truck. It’s important to note that I did a bunch of research on this dealership and realized that most of the reviews I read were from the Ford dealership that owned this location before Don Hattan. I was thoroughly impressed by Don Hattan Ford’s professionalism. I will refer my family and friends to this location (and to Kelly and Thad in particular). More
Poor sales I spent 2 weeks trying to buy a truck from this place and they seemed to be helpful. They said they were working on getting me a price but never got a hold of me even after asking a few times. Then they sold it right out from under me after stringing me along for that long. More

He gave us a detailed explanation of the operation of the many, many buttons and how to use them. He answered all of the questions that we had and we had many. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a good salesman. I would also like to thank Thad for his help in the finance office. Looking forward to a long relationship with Don Hatten Ford. More
Great customer service! My sons car was overheating. We were looking for a place close to us as we didn't want to drive it very far. We felt Don Hatton was the best choice being the car is a Ford. It is under a service contract, which I have learned is kind of a rip off! Anyway, Nick was the lucky one who ended up taking care of us. In my opinion he went above and beyond what he had to do to be sure the car was repaired at the most fair price for us. He also found there was a recall on the airbags for the car and had that fixed as well. I know it was a hassle and I'm sure very frustrating dealing with the warranty company. He was always polite in the many phone calls it took to get this vehicle repaired. He kept us informed of every step along the way. I should also include we did not even purchase the car from them. I feel I should include the mechanics name that was on my receipt Eric Sewell thank you! More

The fact the it clearly states the vehicle can purchased at this price with 0% financing is a lie. Interestingly I have read another review with similar complaints. Mistake, sure it was. I want nothing to do such lack of integrity. They lost a sale and gained plenty of bad word of mouth from me. More

got a car with many issues Donhattan ford delivered the car to my home(Ford fusion SE) , they said car was in great condition i took the delivery, but later i saw that it has 40 Donhattan ford delivered the car to my home(Ford fusion SE) , they said car was in great condition i took the delivery, but later i saw that it has 4000 plus miles more than what they posted and the rear ac was broken, they did not give my 4 digit pin still i have taken the delivery. The next day when i drove on Freeway there was a vibration and weird sounds coming out of the tires over her i was scared and worried it was clearly out of alignment and right side front tire is completly worn out due to alignment issue, i have called them back in 3 days after the delivery and they say first they will fix it for free and now say that it is not covered under warrenty and we are not responsible for that and are being very rude, will never to business with this guys never seen such a bad sales team. Untill i gave the check they were all nice once they got the money they don’t even care about the customers. More
