Was extremely impressed with how quick my sales person (within 5 minutes), Kaden, contacted me when I sent an inquiry around 8:15 p.m. on a Monday night. We arranged an appointment to see the vehicle the next day. Upon arriving at the dealership, Kaden and the Don Hattan Ford team were very attentative and respectful, but not pushy. All of my questions were answered promptly and I was made to feel extremely comfortable. By the end of the day, I bought the vehicle. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to drive it home to Western Kansas that day. Arrangements were made and the dealership delivered the vehicle to me (3 hour drive one-way). The driver, Jim, was great and extremely friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. More

I needed to have 2 vehicle's serviced. Cody helped me get them in quickly. They were very efficient and kept in contact with me while doing the service. I was told it would be replaced. Not only did they replace that hub cap they replaced the other 3! When I asked why? He said so they would match! That is going above and beyond.
