I purchased the trade in vehicle through Ralph Cox and Henry Bacon last year and they did all they could to get me in a vehicle. I had trouble with the trunk lock and a rocker on the trade in vehicle and they saw to it that repairs were done under warranty. Malibus are very good cars. Mr Blankenship and the Lady, Ms Charla were very helpful to keep me updated. If Don Hall had not taken my vehicle to repair I don’t know what I would of done. There is no place here in Panama City that can repair the multithousands of damaged vehicles in a timely manner.
