Customer service needs work! While my vehicle was there for service it was wrecked. I was notified of the accident hours later after the Service Writer explained what the Tech found. Everyone seemed to blow it off as no big deal and to me it was a big deal. I was given a rental and my vehicle was fixed and detailed and I’m pleased. However, when someone’s vehicle is damaged on your clock they should be notified immediately. I will continue to use Don Hall for service because, overall we’ve had good luck, but the attitudes of upper Mgmt needs to be worked on. More

Excellent service I was very pleased with the service received for my truck. I had oil change and also needed tires rebalance (that were put on somewhere else and not I was very pleased with the service received for my truck. I had oil change and also needed tires rebalance (that were put on somewhere else and not very well) and a front end alignment. The whole crew was wonderful, they kept me informed of the process and if a delay occured they let me know right away. I was extremely happy with the cost as I had expected to pay $300 or more and it was omly $200. Very happy. More
