Great Experience! We went to Don Hall last Friday with the intentions of “just looking” for a new vehicle for myself. I had driven the same car 2005, when I bought it. We went to Don Hall last Friday with the intentions of “just looking” for a new vehicle for myself. I had driven the same car 2005, when I bought it. I had my heart set on a Subaru Forester. When I got to the lot, I spotted the Storm Blue Equinox. That was the color I was looking for in a new vehicle. We hadn’t been there 2 minutes when Lee showed up. We told him we were just browsing but he insisted we test drive the Equinox. Best choice he could have made, Lee was friendly, funny, and very positive throughout the entire process. Also, Ralph Cox, was extremely courteous and helpful with the paperwork. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely go back when my husband purchases a new truck in a few years. Not sure what his name was, but the guy that showed us and helped us with the OnStar and how everything works....he was awesome! More
