Not repaired yet I was told to come back and get my vehicle after they had scheduled my appointment. The reason was it was going to take them 2-3 days to repair the is I was told to come back and get my vehicle after they had scheduled my appointment. The reason was it was going to take them 2-3 days to repair the issue and they didn’t have a rental car at the time to give me, so I was sent home with my car not repaired. And have no idea when I will get repaired. They said they would let me know when they have a loaner vehicle available... lol. I spent 80,000 on my new Cadillac, you think they would be able to figure something out to help me... More

Felt like unimportant customer Jeff was the man that completed the paper work for us as we were buying a vehicle. At one point he totally ignored me and what I was saying, and I ev Jeff was the man that completed the paper work for us as we were buying a vehicle. At one point he totally ignored me and what I was saying, and I even tried again! He just continued again, doing what I didn't want done. Finally the next day, I got it reversed and taken care of.
