Painless Had an issue with the AC on my 2019 Traverse and got it in for service. They were very quick to get me an appointment. I chose to drop off the vehicle after hours so that I could go to work the following day on time. Which was a godsend in itself. Then was kept in the loop by the technician there about what was going on with the vehicle. It took a while but they got the AC fixed and ready to go before 5. AC was cold as could be working great.
