Unbelievable Customer Service I took my 2017 Chev 2500 High country in to be repaired for a couple of issues. The service staff at the dealership (Josh) bent over backwards to help I took my 2017 Chev 2500 High country in to be repaired for a couple of issues. The service staff at the dealership (Josh) bent over backwards to help me with my issues. My Sales representative likewise helped to resolve my issue as well. I have been a customer of Don Hall Chevrolet since 1984. The staff they currently employ that I deal with regularly are second to none and are the best I’ve seen there since buying my first vehicle from them in 1984. I bought my first vehicle from Terry Slone then whom I have dealt with the past 35 years. The service department in the last few years has become the best I’ve seen. They always resolve my issues and this time was no exception. In fact, this last time they went completely out of their way to help me get my vehicle back as good as new. GM should take notice of Don Halls business and service practices. If more of their dealerships had people working and trained to deal with people like Don Halls is their company would excel beyond what they are today. More

Best Ever This was the best experience I’ve ever had! My car would not start and was in the garage so I called AAA and they could not get it started! I stopped by the service department and spoke to David about my situation and he said we will come to your house and help you. Within a couple of hours they came out and got it started and took it back to the dealership. An hour later he called me personally and told me the problem and it was ready early the next morning! David and his crew went above and beyond customer service! I can’t compliment David enough, I’ve been around a long time and this by far the best experience I’ve had.
