One word for Ryan Justice, AWESOME I have to say, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! If you want the best salesperson Don Hall has, you need to ask for RYAN JUSTIC I have to say, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! If you want the best salesperson Don Hall has, you need to ask for RYAN JUSTICE. Ryan is a very professional, polite and dedicated salesperson. He worked on his day off for us to get an answer about GM giving any assistance on hand controls for the vehicle our daughter purchased. While looking at used vehicles on Sunday, Ryan came up and introduced himself. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and Ryan saw the issues she had in trying to transfer into a suv type vehicle that had a hatch for her chair to be stored in. Due to her just having her second son, she was outgrowing her Malibu, He recommended us to look at the Buick Regal TourX, which was just perfect! She fell in love and none of us thought her purchasing a new car would even be possible. Ryan listened to everything we said, his only response was, let me see what I can do! Ryan went above and beyond for our daughter and has made her dream of having a new car possible. Her husband, father and I worry about her being in an older vehicle, in a chair with a 5 yr old and a one month old. We feel much better with her being in the Buick. Went Above and Beyond We took our 2015 GMC Sierra in for an issue with air conditioner not cooling. Figured it was the condenser, as we’d had this issue the year before. Sure enough, the condenser was bad, and it was one thst was replaced under warranty. Knee this time it was going to be an expensive job, as it was no longer covered. Boy, we’re we wrong!! The part was under warranty, and Don Hall Service Department took care of the rest! They said the part should not have malfunctioned in just s year, and they wanted to do what was right. We’ve been Don Hall customers for years, and will be for life now!!! Thank you! More
