Services not completed I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. After I picked my vehicle up, the service center calls to inform me that they on I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. After I picked my vehicle up, the service center calls to inform me that they only changed the oil, but had charged me for the tire balance and rotation. They asked me to return my vehicle 4 days later to have this service completed. 2 days prior to my 2nd scheduled appointment, the service center called and asked for me to pay for the oil change over the phone because they did not charge me for it during my 1st visit(I did not). I was happy to pay for it once I returned my vehicle to have the tires balanced and rotated as I had paid for. The issue I have is after taking my truck to this service center the previous time(May 2019) and having it serviced, I noticed my oil pressure gauge was maxed out. I immediately called and was told over the phone that this was normal(even though it was not like that prior to the visit). So during this visit, I inquired about the high oil pressure gauge and was told it was not normal and should be checked. The problem is, my bumper to bumper warranty has now expired and it is $109 for just a diagnostic check. If this had been completed the previous visit, it would have been covered by warranty. Not very good service More
