The entire crew at Glenn Nissan allowed my wife and I time to discuss the deal and did not push to close the deal. Makes you feel good knowing that I call Quincy & he will set up our oil changes or service work needed. Relaxed experience Quincy and the team at Glenn Nissan made this a remarkably relaxed buying experience. I had been researching and testing vehicles for several months d Quincy and the team at Glenn Nissan made this a remarkably relaxed buying experience. I had been researching and testing vehicles for several months due to back problems. Looking for something I did not have to climb into or out of I narrowed my search away from the full size SUVs. The European cars had some of the most ridiculous dash boards and only the Lexus offered the same ease of access as my Murano but suffered from the new transmission constantly seeking the proper gear. The Cadillacs were not comfortable and the visibility was poor. The only comparable vehicle was the Lincoln MKT which is much bigger and has yet to upgrade the center control stack but has no match for comfort. Quincy took me and 2 of my children on a test drive when I visited them at college over Thanksgiving. They liked the styling and comfort as much as I did. The center stack technology is currently as good as it gets. I live 2 hours from Lexington and after a couple of emails and follow up phone calls an exceptional deal was made and all I needed was a rental car to drive to the dealership. Quincy even met me at the rental drop off. I have owned too many cars in my life and currently own 5 with all 3 of my children driving. This was undoubtedly the most relaxed buying experience I have ever had and the drive home that night in heavy fog and mist in a brand new car was much more relaxed than I would have expected. Even the touch screen controls seem as intuitive as operating an iPhone. More

He is the best to deal with. I remember the first thing that came to mind when I met Darryl on the lot. I thought this guy can't be a salesman, he's just to honest. I was wrong. Darryl and Charles Bush made that deal pain free as they did the 2nd one too. Now the 3rd was taken care of by Darryl and Stephen Tevis. This deal was put together over the phone and took a week for me to get there and pick up the car. I couldn't be happier with all three deals.
