I had a very pleasant buying experience. I was in and on the road in about 2 hours. While there was some price negotiating, it did not go on for hours. Also the numbers were plainly visible on the paperwork the salesman was using to negotiate. There was none of the how much do you want your payment to be,all the while guarding the financing amount. Everything about Gabriel(my salesman) was great. He was exceptional. I buy new cars regularly. This is my second is the past three days....lol. The sale was kind of lengthy, but they provided me and my kids all the soda/snacks we could handle. I can also wash my car or truck there for free in their washing facility as needed. When buying nissan, get several quotes, and I was told that Glenns will match any written price. They did this for me! More

Unprofessional management team, internet sales were cheaper than negotiated price, dishonest, and crooked. When I encountered an issue involving a cancelled deal, 2 days later the check that was suppo cheaper than negotiated price, dishonest, and crooked. When I encountered an issue involving a cancelled deal, 2 days later the check that was supposed to be sent back was cashed. The manager Mr. Meade Brown was unwilling to discuss, and even rude over the phone the issue involving my check. He said the fraudulent deposit could take weeks to refund. His staff said that someone deliberately took the check off the paper work and deposited it to sabotage the deal I made with Glenns Nissan. Spending 2 hours working out a deal on a Nissan to find it cheaper online is crooked and unprofessional so we cancelled the deal. Long story short, I called Nissan directly and they cut me the check that day and Nissan sent me a courtesy $200.00 gift card for the dishonesty and lack of integrity from this crooked dealer. If you are in the market for a new Nissan, don't buy here. If you have a problem, they are unwilling to help you as Meade Brown proved to me when they stole a 4,000 dollar check on a cancelled deal. Did I mention that Nissan has a policy that says no checks on new cars are to be cashed unless the deal is done? Nissan is a great company committed to the care of it's customers, just not this particular dealer. More

During my time James was dedicated to meet my goal. Had problems with my finances but in the end it paid off. For over 2wks we was dealing with the issue and now I'm loving my Mitsubishi.
