Bought a Nissan Maxima and my experience was great. They were straight forward with me and had fair prices. The car had missing floor mats but they had them to me by the next business day. The team was also able to retrieve a valuable keepsake that I had left in my trade in. My former car 'died' on Monday; it was going to be too expensive to repair. My mechanic recommended the dealership and asked if he could give Ms. Gifford my name and number. She contacted me later that day and made an appointment to meet with me about a car that I had 'earmarked' from their web-site. Everyone I dealt with at Hudson Nissan on Nicholasville were friendly, courteous and seemed genuinely interested in making my experience as painless as possible. Ms. Gifford introduced me to the young lady in charge of the service center and made sure my questions were answered to the best of her ability. In the midst of a power outage at the dealership, she continued to go over the details of the car (all the bells and whistles). Ms. Gifford did a follow-up call the next morning to see how I liked the car I purchased. I had to return to the dealership to get another key programmed and Ms. Gifford spent several minutes visiting with me in the waiting area. Her personal care and interest made an experience that was extremely stressful, much more manageable and the stress level decreased immensely. They didn't pressure me into making a purchase and were very generous, in my opinion, offering money for a trade-in on my former vehicle even knowing that it was in poor condition. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hudson Nissan on Nicholasville, in Nicholasville, KY as a place to buy a car and I strongly recommend Ms. Gifford as the salesperson of choice. More

Working with Mendy was a wonderful experience. In fact, all of the sales staff were friendly, not pushy! From the manager of the dealership down to the sales staff and the service department staff, everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. EXCEPT the finance guy in the office who did the paperwork. HE almost caused this deal to walk out the door, because he was so utterly and completely obnoxious about trying to sell me an extended warranty for over 10% of the cost of the car. If your product is so sorry that I have to buy an extended warranty under extremely high pressure sales, then I don't want to deal with you. I your product can't hold up like my Toyota car I traded in, then I will know in the future not to trust Nissan products! If your product is so bad, then maybe you should get out of the business. Yes, as you can see, I am really hot and completely ticked off (very mild compared to what I would like to say about this guy) about the finance guy who did the final paperwork. If I had to deal with him again (or another obnoxious in your face hard sell Blankety Blank Blank finance guy), you would not have a deal! More

Mendy saw me looking at a new car when my truck was in the shop for a repair estimate. I had high milage and was shopping at other dealers looking for a cool SUV. Mendy came to me easy, not pushy or demanding. She let me drive away in a new type Juke, Hum not for me once I got it home. That saved me a great deal of stress. Then we started looking at what else she had. Wow, that lady worked VERY hard for me to get me with the right choice. Then came what's it gonna cost factors. I couple of hic-ups there but over-all the dealer came through and proved it is still the best dealer in KY. Period!!!!!!!!!!! I am now on my 7th Nissan and love it more than I do my wife. Hum. Stewart was your next representive who got to make me very happy. I will send more opportunities to you than you will ever imagine. I tell some one every day if not two perple or a crowd how good you guys are in helpping to make a wise choice. Keep up the great work in service to...
