I have never felt pressure to buy any vehicle, rather they present options, listen to your needs, and help find the car to suit your needs. The finance process is pain free, and they explain all options available. Service after the sale has been extraordinary, from follow up calls to quick, efficient service when needed. I have owned cars from a Pinto to a Porsche, but I have bought 5 Hyundais based on value and quality. Great experience and great service. It's my first car and it runs great so far. The mileage was a little high (200 miles) when I got it, but I was still excited because of its low price. I was extremely impressed with my experience at Glenn Hyundai. I have purchases many vehicles in the past and this was by far the easiest, quickest transaction I've ever experienced. I had requested information on the vehicle I thought I might me interested in via internet and received a phone call within minutes. After my initial discussion with Greg there were a couple of things I had questions about. He immediately researched what I needed and called me back again within minutes. I scheduled an appointment that evening to come "look" to get a general idea of what I was really looking for and to do some comparison shopping before I made a decision (this was my first stop), I am purchasing agent and negotating prices and contracts is something I do on a daily basis so I'm not easily swayed in to believing the numbers are given are necessarily what they appear to be. Greg spent a very long time with me walking all over the parking lots, I couldn't decide what color I liked or what options I just couldn't live without, but he was very patient and never complained that it was 30 degrees outside and I had him walking around in for almost an hour. Of course, the last car I saw was the one that I really liked although it did not have the 2 things that I couldn't live without (leather and remote start)but Greg was able to arrange to have them both installed without any inconvience to me he made all of the calls and scheduled the times to have the work done. All I have to do is drive by the dealership to pick up another car to drive while the work is done. More
