I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T SE. It is the second new Hyundai that my wife and I have purchased from Glenn. Both purchases were nearly stress free. Not once did I witness any of the tired sales tactics employed by nearly all other dealerships. Even price negotiations were painless. I researched the price that the dealer had paid for the vehicles and offered a small amount more than the dealer's actual cost. Both times my initial offer was accepted with no haggling. Our most recent salesman, Blake, was especially easy to deal with. He was able to answer all of my questions and seemed to legitimately care that I was happy with my purchase.
