I knew I wanted a Santa Fe and I had a truck to trade in. Went to Hyundai dealer in Richmond. Did a test drive while dealer appraised my truck. Came back, he showed me his offer. Trade in price not too bad, but he did not offer anything off on the SUV. So we went to Lexington (Glenn Hyundai. Same SUV, trade offer was better and J.B. also offered me some discounts. When I picked up my SUV he showed me and told me everything he knew about my SUV. Even told me what to read in my manual. So very helpful and I enjoyed my SUV buying expericence. Wouldn't say I got the best deal that is because I am not one of those people who like to go back and forth. I just know that he was nice and I got what I wanted and hopefully everyone was happy.
