My wife and I stopped in on a whim to look at the Hyundai Genesis and was immediately approached by Dan Litteral. I figured this was going to be your typical experience of "what will it take to get you in th Genesis and was immediately approached by Dan Litteral. I figured this was going to be your typical experience of "what will it take to get you in this car today" but I was totally wrong. Dan was incredibly professional and was not pushy at all! He made us feel incredibly comfortable and then we left for vacation. He called us with information that we had asked for when he said he would and didn't pressure us at all. While on vacation we test drove 2 other vehicles from other dealers and had horrible experiences with pushy sales people. We called Dan and finished the deal over the phone. Got a fantastic price on the Genesis and they gave me top dollar on my trade in. We picked it up on our way home to Columbus Ohio. After giving a brief general description of my needs he led me to a car. This was one of the two cars that I was considering from my list. He was intuitively right on target. Zach was a wonderful salesmen and didn't stop until he could supply me with the car that would best suit my families needs. He was great to my son that came with me that night to purchase the car. And while I was speaking to Olivia, he let my son watch movies on his phone. He took the car outside and washed it after car wash hours and helped me load up my new vehicle. He also hand washed my car for me when I came back 2 days later to bring the title to my trade in. I have no complaints at all. Everything was done very quickly. Zach even helped me install my bluetooth, ect. He stayed after his normal work time for 3+ hours later the night of the sale. I would recommend Zach and this dealership to anyone looking to buy.
