Financing Employees were friendly and try to be helpful. My only issue was with how the pricing was presented. Never Tizon price was the best in the area. How over, when it came to finance, I was told that to get that price I would have to go through Hyundai motor finance, at a rate higher than I can get at other dealers or through my credit union. The price of the car should be the price of the car, it should not be connected to the amount of interest charged. told that Monday required them to charge a certain interest rate to obtain the lower price More
Beware: Post-Sale Experience The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because I really enjoyed my salesperson CJ (she was awesome). However, here is what tarnished my experie The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because I really enjoyed my salesperson CJ (she was awesome). However, here is what tarnished my experience overall... 1. Halfway through the purchase, CJ was pulled to go pick up a client because evidently no one else could do so even though it appeared to me there were plenty of employees milling about that could have done so. CJ asked around to see if someone could do it, but ultimately she had to. Ok, things happen. I was nice about it and one of the managers helped oversee in her place. No worries, right? 2. Purchase is done, I leave. A week later, I notice no temporary dealer tag or anything on the car. I was driving around for a week with no tags of any sort because no one thought to put them on which is standard when buying a new car. Really? Ok, again, things happen and perhaps I should have been more observant. When I called CJ, she came right to my workplace and put one on. Kudos CJ! 3. I was pre-approved for a loan through my personal bank before visiting Hyundai and didn't need any funding through them. I told them this multiple times. They talked me into letting them check the loan percentage they could get and ASSURED me that it wouldn't hit my credit, which is the only reason I agreed. I stayed with my guns and my loan through my personal bank as I planned from the moment I stepped onto their lot. Now I use my free credit check and find that I have 8 hits on my credit from it. 8!!!! Really not happy about this one and feeling ridiculous for allowing it. I really must have been an idiot that day. I don't know if it was that CJ did such a great job making me feel comfortable...or my excitement for my new shiny car blinded me from my normally practical senses...or I just had a brain malfunction. But I obviously lost touch with reality. I recommend that if you do business here, make sure you are on your toes and watchful. Stick with your initial thoughts. And ask for CJ. At least with her, you are sure to enjoy the front end of the experience, regardless how the post-sale goes. More
