Good first service department experience. Only thing I’d change next time is a courtesy shuttle home as the duration was about 5 hours due to service warranty authorization complications. I brought my 2011 Nissan Sentra in on Monday morning. Service Engine light on. I was told they were a couple days behind and would not get to it until Wednesday. Called Wednesday, still behind; would Service Engine light on. I was told they were a couple days behind and would not get to it until Wednesday. Called Wednesday, still behind; would try to get it on Thursday. Had not heard anything by Saturday. I decided to pick it up. Took it to independent shop. He checked Mass Air Flow Sensor, EGR, Air intake. Couldn't find anything wrong. Service Engine Light went out. No Charge. Sold vehicle to CarMax on January 31, 2024. More
Service was great, handled within little time, but as requested at the beginning of Service, no seat protection or floor coving was used. At the end my car was put out in the rain.
