I extended my rental car to Thursday since I was informed Thursday it will be ready … I check on my car Thursday afternoon and now all of a sudden the mechanic is having a hard time with a bolt/ screw! After going to pick up my vehicle Friday night I wasn’t greeted , I was given the keys to my vehicle which wasn’t pulled around for me I had to find it in the parking lot . After looking at the invoice parts were $1000+ and labor was $2300+ which makes me feel the car was kept longer just to get extra funds … esp when I had someone go up there on two occasions and informed me my car wasn’t even being worked on when I called … More
