A wast of my time each time .. We bought two cars from Jeff about 4 months ago and my husband's came with manual locks and windows. Turned out to be a little more trouble than we thought, with our toddler in the car. We didn't think we would be able to get a good deal or even to be able to trade in so soon. What we forgot was that we had Jeff as our friend and salesperson. As usual he went above and beyond. We drove off in a few hours in brand new Sentra with Nav, power everything...the list goes on. Needless to say it was more than my husband expected but no surprise with Jeff on our side. $3,000 oil change. My wife drop off our 2008 Nissan Versa for an oil change last week with 124 K/miles. The Service lady told my wife the car need over $3,000 of replac My wife drop off our 2008 Nissan Versa for an oil change last week with 124 K/miles. The Service lady told my wife the car need over $3,000 of replacement parts and service. She stressed to my wife that “repairs are needed as soon as possible for safety reasons”. I called the service department and talked to a lady so we could go over the list of repairs here are a few of the items listed. •Cleaning the rear drum brakes for $ 50. How do you do that? •replace of the wiper blades (less 3 months old) main belt (replaced 107 K/miles), •replace the sparks plugs plus removing the intake,($350) If the service person looked at my service history I have a new motor @ 65k under warranty (plugs need to be replaced @ 100k) •Flush the transmission fluid ($350.00) because it “very dirty”. I replaced the unit @ 117K under warranty •Replace left front shock ($458.00) is leaking very bad and replace left front Strut assembly ($1,000) This make not sense. I check the rear shocks and front struts and nothing leaking. The service lady and mechanic wrote a 3 page report of all the things wrong with my car. I just laugh and asked her to please explain to me how can they just pad a work order for pure profit?? I explain to her I have an Automotive Technology, Aircraft Airframe & power plants and Biomedical Equipment Technology Associate Degree from T.S.T.C from Waco, TX. She could not give one good reason for the list. She just told me that the mechanic wrote up the list and she was just going off the paper work. She told me the car is ready and ended the call. If you go to Don Davis please, just read the service reports. I will not go back for anything. More
Just purchased 2009 Honda Odyssey -but had a little issue I am baaaaack! Completed a review last week after picking up our 2009 Honda Odyssey from Don Davis Nissan PreOwned in Arlington....great experience! I am baaaaack! Completed a review last week after picking up our 2009 Honda Odyssey from Don Davis Nissan PreOwned in Arlington....great experience! Well, in less than 24 hours I was having issues with the new battery they installed going dead on me :( I called my Sales Rep, Jeff Brubaker, and he advised I could return and let the Service Department take a look at it. Pulled up and Carrie Fantasia (Service Advisor) wrote up the work order and sent me back to Jeff to get set up with a vehicle to drive while being checked out. Jeff put me into a new Nissan Quest (wowza!) and said they would be in touch after service department diagnosed problem. The next day Jeff emailed me to advise it was diagnosed as relay issue and replacing the relay that day ...but they also wanted to check other areas to be sure that this did not happen again and I could keep Nissan for the weekend. Monday morning I got a call from Carrie that work is done, van ready to go when I could get by -that they would be there until 7pm. I went on over there to pick up and she explained to me that the AC System was drawing even when van was turned off-so they replaced the relay for A/C clutch and also noted the A/C was not cooling well SO....they added Freon . She also noticed that it was due inspection, so they completed inspection for me as well per new Two Step State Inspection for 1996 and newer vehicles! I look at the invoice they had me sign to release ....and tons of "N/C" and ZEROS in the Total Column :) :) :) I am again so very pleased we were introduced to Don Davis Auto Group in 2012 !! Every aspect of sales and service from these folks is BEYOND Excellence!! Cannot wait until they get their buildings completed and we can get back to the monthly FREE BBQ Dinner and Prize Drawings that Duane and I with our granddaughters so enjoy!! Thanks Jeff Brubaker and Carrie Fantasia for saving me once again!! More
Service Center is Terrible I purchased a 2013 Juke two years ago, when I purchased the vehicle I purchased the extended 3 year service package thinking it was a great deal. WRON I purchased a 2013 Juke two years ago, when I purchased the vehicle I purchased the extended 3 year service package thinking it was a great deal. WRONG. The quality of service I receive because I do not have to pay anything at the counter is awful. One more than one occasion it has taken 60+ minutes for an oil change, never in my previous car has it ever taken more than 30 minutes. The first issue I had is when they had to keep my car for a few days, it was like pulling teeth to get a loaner car because I unfortunately am not independently wealthy and have people in my life to tote me to work and school for a few days. The second issue is when I scheduled for an oil change after work one day, when I arrived after 30 minutes of being in the waiting room I was told that they can't do my oil change because there is a recall on the timing belt but it is an all day fix and I would have to leave it there overnight. Again, at 5PM I am calling trying to get a ride from someone to get me from a dealership because they don't do loaner cars for over night stays. The next day, when it was suppose to be finished by the end of the day I get a phone call at 4PM stating they don't have the part and it will be another day until I can get my car. They have had my car for 24 hours now and are just now realizing they don't have the part. The last straw...today. I made an appointment for my oil change, thinking it would take 30 minutes. I should up a few minutes early like I do to any appointment I make for anything and I'm told that it will take over an hour for an oil change because some walkins came in and there are 8 people in front of me and only 8 technicians. WHY do I even make appointments if you are going to allow walk-ins to be served first?! I took off work to make a specific time and yet walk-ins are treated first. Unacceptable. I will never purchase a Nissan again solely because their service center lacking the service. More

Incredible Staff I went in for a diagnostics check on my 06 Maxima....too much wrong with it. So, I left with a new Nissan Sentra. I wasn't planning to purchase a new car, but with the maintanance required to repair the Maxima, it was a no brainer to make a change. The complete process was great!
