Very prompt and helpful I had recently taken my car in and they couldn’t seem to find the issue, but Marc was sure to call back to check up on the status of the car and if th I had recently taken my car in and they couldn’t seem to find the issue, but Marc was sure to call back to check up on the status of the car and if the issue had continued which was very professional and appreciate. A week after that call I did indeed begin to experience the same symptoms as before, but a little bit worse and when I called Marc to let him know he got an appointment set up immediately for a convenient day for me. On the day of my appointment Marc stuck by his word and had it in for diagnostic immediately and I received my car the same day with the problem from before solved and I even decided to get maintenance done. Thank you Don Davis Nissan, but an even bigger thanks to Marc prestwood! More
