My buying experience was excellent. I could have ask for anything else. The salesman & managers were great. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend this dealership for the purchase of a new car but not f anything else. The salesman & managers were great. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend this dealership for the purchase of a new car but not for service. My issue is with the service department. I purchase my car a few months ago. My problem with the 2012 maxima is that I have enough space between my front bumper & headlight that I can put my baby finger thru. Also my rear bump is not line up correctly. It sticks out a little. I ask the salesman and he said it was normal. After owning the car these 2 things really bother me so I decided to take it into service. The service guy told me that someone had hit my bumper front & back but then I told him that it was like that when I purchase the car. Then his story change to it is normal. So I decided to look at other new maxima on the car lot and it is not normal. I'm still trying to get this issue resolve. My advice is to make sure you look over the entire car & if its something that doesn't look right don't purchase the car. Because the service department will find any reason not to correct the problem. Other than the front & rear bumper issue I love the performance that this car delivers. More

The showroom is clean and Doc Dewberry was our salesperson and he was very helpful and offered his suggestions to us which was welcomed. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even as specific as assuring us the pick-up would fit in our garage. Needless to say we purchased the vehicle and we are highly satisfied and will recommend Doc Dewberry to all our friends and family More
On May 7th, 2012, my father and I purchased two vehicles: my father purchased a 2012 Nissan Murano and I purchased a used 2012 Nissan Maxima SV from Don Davis Nissan which had 5,498 miles on the car. The fol my father purchased a 2012 Nissan Murano and I purchased a used 2012 Nissan Maxima SV from Don Davis Nissan which had 5,498 miles on the car. The following day, I took the car for a proper detailing of the car and I noticed that there was right-front bumper damage on the vehicle, which the dealer failed to disclose on the date of purchase. Don Davis Nissan agreed to fix the bumper damage so I left the vehicle at the dealership on May 14th, 2012. I picked up the Maxima from the dealership itself and noticed that the mileage count was 5,847 miles on the car. Prior to giving my car to the body shop, I reset the “trip A” mileage count to 0.0 miles. When I received on May 17th the vehicle the “Trip A” mileage count was 292.0 miles; in addition to, the “Trip B” mileage count was 348.8 miles. I feel like that the vehicle was subject to grossly excessive mileage for the short duration of the bumper repair at the Don Davis Nissan body shop. At the same time I noticed that a CD was missing from the car and a CD case was damaged, as well. This matter was brought to the attention of Don Davis Nissan management verbally and in writing for a resolution, and I'm still waiting to hear from them. More
I purchase this 2012 Nissan Sentra SL from Trophy Nissan and from day one the Engine service light was on during the test drive at the dealer. I ask the sale man and he's response to my question was the lig and from day one the Engine service light was on during the test drive at the dealer. I ask the sale man and he's response to my question was the light would go away or it really didn't matter because he was having the same problem in his Nissan. After so much pressure from the sale dept to purchase this car I finally signed all the paper work around 11:oo pm,they quickly wash the car and handed me the keys to my new Nissan. Now all this time I am thinking I am buying a new car with only approx 20 miles since new but the real mileage was closer to 100 miles, after I push the odometer which was sitting logging trip "A" miles. The light continue for approx. 2 weeks which Trophy Nissan came to my job and took the car back to the repair shop, after working on a new car for two days the car remained the same with the engine light on which by now the engine was missing very bad. I decided not to deal with Trophy Nissan and took my car to Don Davis Nissan where they took the car under the supervision of Carrie Fantasia and within a week they were able to fix the problem. I am very happy with the service they provided not only fixing my car but taking me to work every morning and providing me with a rental at no additional cost to me. My first Nissan 2012 and most likely my last Nissan, I have learn a hard lesson. Sorry & Thanks Ms Carrie More
When I bought car I purchased service agreement. On average it takes 1.5 hours for a oil change, that is crazy. I ask how long it is going to take and always told about 30 minutes. This has happened 5 average it takes 1.5 hours for a oil change, that is crazy. I ask how long it is going to take and always told about 30 minutes. This has happened 5 times so far. I understand if you can't get to it but tell some one don't maker them waste time. Very unprofessional, don't bring your car here for service. They have also damaged my car while in there care and tried to tell me it was there before. They also try to sell you things you don't need. Read the owners manual before you say yes to anything you didn't ask for. They are scamming on people that don't know any better.I More
