Overall positive experience. No slight to Anthony Sanchez, but it will be difficult for anyone to better Jose Garcia as a service rep. Since 2010, he was my go to guy. Amazing service! Super efficient, minimal customer effort! I came into the shop on Saturday to get new tires for my Z-Nismo. The tires had to be ordered because they weren't in stock. I wanted the original b I came into the shop on Saturday to get new tires for my Z-Nismo. The tires had to be ordered because they weren't in stock. I wanted the original brand/series tire, I received a price and they ordered the tires and said they'd call when they arrive. Received a call a couple of days later to let me know they were in. I went into the shop the following day, they had me already checked in.. all I had to do was pull into the bay and they did the rest -- there was no delay at all. I think they completed the work in about an hour and 15 or so, including the state inspection. Excellent job from "service" to the "shop" to the check-out desk. It was a great experience! More
