Worst customer service ever This experience I had was the worst from buddy to Chris they had me going back and forgot and I get it your shift is almost up but the business you ar This experience I had was the worst from buddy to Chris they had me going back and forgot and I get it your shift is almost up but the business you are running is surrounded by customer experience. Neither buddy nor chris acknowledged my concerns it’s like they were playing hot potato with me they just gave me the run around because it was almost time to punch out for the evening. Then both of those service advisors left for the day and then left me with Carlos which heard me out on what I needed done. Then it took them about 15mins to get me to a main advisor to help me with my concerns. Which even then they still didn’t deliver it they got Mauricio to play that role. And then he took over didn’t give me a price on how much it would cost to have my car checked with the technician to run the test on the car and next thing you know I have to call him to check the status of my car and little did I know he had a bill for me of $277 which I found myself paying for it when my warranty should’ve clearly paid for it if they covered the parts of what wasn’t wrong with my vehicle. I can’t find myself trusting yalls service advisors anymore. I get it that’s how they make their money but not at the cost of not giving me the price amount of the diagnostics and giving me the run around More

Maintenance service It seem like service have no clue what was going on. I got a call to confirm my appointment but when I got there service rep told me that it wasn’t no It seem like service have no clue what was going on. I got a call to confirm my appointment but when I got there service rep told me that it wasn’t not in the system. I waited over 1 1/2 hours for an oil change for my car. The keep come telling the car is done and my car was seating right in front of me through the window. All my service record have been with Nissan but they told me that i need to have service recommendations. My car is still under factory warranty and I ask them to see if I have any problem with brake because I hearing some noise. Service rep told me there will be a charge since I have multi points inspection for free. Bad experience overall More
