Best Service I have ever gotten!!!! I went to the dealership just to get an oil change, and ended up with so much more. Best customer service I have ever gotten. My service associate Chr I went to the dealership just to get an oil change, and ended up with so much more. Best customer service I have ever gotten. My service associate Chris Vasquez took such great care of me. He found out that I had an extended warranty on my car that covered the cost of replacing my front struts. I had no idea I even had that coverage. So instead of costing me thousands of dollars out of pocket it only cost me a small deductible. Also I was given a ride home and was picked up once my car was ready. My only suggestion would be to offer a quick detail of the cars maybe clean the windshields and vacuum inside. I usually go to a different location for my oil changes and they always clean my windows, mirrors and vacuum the inside. if you added this I would be your life long customer. other than that the service was amazing.. Charge for checking the on the battery warranty I had bad experience with don David Arlington . I went there to check my Nissan leaf . All I wanted to know if Nissan cover the battery for this car o I had bad experience with don David Arlington . I went there to check my Nissan leaf . All I wanted to know if Nissan cover the battery for this car or not. I been asked by the guy okay will check it but you need to leave the car and I did that . Next morning I got a call that Nissan doesn't cover the battery under warranty please come and pick your car and your your bill 100 $ which you need to pay at the counter . When I get there i asked the guy that you didn't mention that there will be 100 $ charge . Then he said okay take your car but I am going to note on your account and in future we will not check on your car ! I was like why ? I want to talk with manager I been told I want to manager then wait for 2 hours . That was the bad experience with dealership I ever had . I wouldn't recommend More
Need my left blinker replaced My experience was okay. I took my Nissan Maxima in to have the left blinker replaced. I was VERY disappointed that it cost $265 to replace the light b My experience was okay. I took my Nissan Maxima in to have the left blinker replaced. I was VERY disappointed that it cost $265 to replace the light bulb. I find it peculiar that it was engineered so that the entire front bumper would have to be removed to change the light bulb. I really like the Maxima, but issues like that will probably make me think twice about buying another one. amazing is he best I was thinking it would take forever to fix but to my surprise they had a tow truck there in 30 minutes and had us a rental already paid for through m I was thinking it would take forever to fix but to my surprise they had a tow truck there in 30 minutes and had us a rental already paid for through my warranty and the car fixed and this all happened on a Saturday. thank you and especially to my service provider he was awesome. my car runs great and wife is happy thank you.
