Commncation is generally excellent My last experience suffered by failure to communicate upon check in the expected time frame. After an hour of waiting (with a scheduled check in time) My last experience suffered by failure to communicate upon check in the expected time frame. After an hour of waiting (with a scheduled check in time) I was told my car had not been seen yet. i was told a lot of cars had also been in that morning. My perspective is that I should have been told when I set the time with the scheduler that it would be slow and I could have selected another time. Upon arrival I should have been advised if the anticipated delay so I could decide if I wanted to wait. I had plans to take my granddaughter to lunch for her 16th birthday. So timing mattered on that day. Just left g me know would have made the service visit much less stressful. More
Best service I have had since starting to drive over35 years Mark Prestwood was professional, intelligent, kind and just plain amazing. My new Nissan (purchased from an out-of-state dealership) kept failing to Mark Prestwood was professional, intelligent, kind and just plain amazing. My new Nissan (purchased from an out-of-state dealership) kept failing to start for no apparent reason and it would happen out-of-the blue. I took my car to Don Davis Nissan three times to try to figure out what was happening. Third time was a charm! Mark understood my dilemma - if they couldn't find out what was wrong and just returned it to me the same thing would happen again and again and again. Mark kept my car three weeks and when it failed to act up again he consulted with a Nissan field representative. When they ran out of possible problems, Mark convinced Nissan to totally replace my fuel pump and computer system, knowing that whatever was happening, it had to be in one of those two areas. This was a major fix for an unknown problem and I feel very lucky that I did not have to live with the problem and return my car over and over trying to get it fixed. Mark simply was not going to return my car until it was fixed. Consummate professional with emphasis on customer service. I would/will never go any other place!!! More
Service above average Although we had a 9 o'clock appointment it still took 2 hours for our service. We gave all of the information on the vehicle except the VIN # when we made the appointment but still had to repeat the exact same information when we arrived. This was redundant and a waste of time (not the fault of of the tech but the system). Our service was an oil change and 10,000 mile check up which once the car was in the actual service bay took an hour or less. Carlos did a good job of keeping is informed and I don't believe he was any part of the problem. More
Service took too long I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I normally expect about an hour. I got there at 9:20, and my appointment was at 9:30. My service rep was good at checking on me, but I didn’t get my car until 12:08. That is ridiculous. I will be dropping my car off from now on. More
