Incredible Staff I went in for a diagnostics check on my 06 Maxima....too much wrong with it. So, I left with a new Nissan Sentra. I wasn't planning to purchase a ne I went in for a diagnostics check on my 06 Maxima....too much wrong with it. So, I left with a new Nissan Sentra. I wasn't planning to purchase a new car, but with the maintanance required to repair the Maxima, it was a no brainer to make a change. The complete process was great! not using Nissan genuine parts for vehicle Service Hello I went yesterday for my Nissan, Versa Transmission Fluid change. Service Center chaged the Transmission Fluid not recommended by Nissan, used Hello I went yesterday for my Nissan, Versa Transmission Fluid change. Service Center chaged the Transmission Fluid not recommended by Nissan, used equivalent other brand of fluid. I asked him why you used other brand not recommended by Nissan he told me he is not aware of specific fluid type recommended by Nissan. I told him Nissan recommends Matic D ot Matic S for atumatic transmissions, he told me he is not aware of that. please be cautious about the parts used by this service center. they charged me $ 100.37 (just drain and fill of 4Qts of fluid). i told him why i came here is you will be using Nissan recommended fluid, if I want to chage the other fluid why i will come here and pay $ 100.37, just purchasuing the normal fluid (like Valvoline cost $15.99 for 1 Gallon tin) and replace with that by less than $ 30. so please be aware of like these and not knowing the service technicians. if Nissan recommended some fluid menas it will give good performance of the car if we follow Nissan recommendations. or if any fluids are eligible to use why Nissan will tell to use specific fluid, to increase the life of transmission, performance etc. if every fluid will do the same why they specifically tell. We showed up for a oil change for my wifes 08 fully loaded altima and Emmanuel approached us and asked us a few questions about her car if we liked it and if she had seen the new model altimas we had t loaded altima and Emmanuel approached us and asked us a few questions about her car if we liked it and if she had seen the new model altimas we had to wait until the service was complete so we decided to just go take a look and we found a brand new 2013 altima with 100 miles and they discounted the car with rebates the car was 30k+ and we ended up getting it for 25k with gap insurance and 3yrs of maintenance coverage as well and half the interest rate of the 1st altima my wife loves her car it has everything her 08 did plus more features like remote start and exterior lighting for the night time blind spot notice as well as when your drifting out your lane so far every time we go to don davis Nissan/dodge the employees are great and work a great deal out for us Faraz sold us the 1st alitma he was just as much help as Emmanuel was very nice and gave us the car we wanted at the price we wanted excellent service 100% satisfied. More

I went in for an oil change of my 2012 Altima. I decided to go look at cars to waste time. Faraz came and introduced himself. I felt very comfortable. He said no pressure, if it works good, if not, you st to go look at cars to waste time. Faraz came and introduced himself. I felt very comfortable. He said no pressure, if it works good, if not, you still have a good car. He let me choose the car I wanted to test drive and made me feel like this was the car for me. The process was easy and I was signed and driving off within 3-4 hours from my arrival. He even helped me with the transition from my old car to the new one. He showed me how to operate all the bells and whistles. I would definitely recommend Faraz to anyone. More

My buying experience was excellent. I could have ask for anything else. The salesman & managers were great. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend this dealership for the purchase of a new car but not for service. My issue is with the service department. I purchase my car a few months ago. My problem with the 2012 maxima is that I have enough space between my front bumper & headlight that I can put my baby finger thru. Also my rear bump is not line up correctly. It sticks out a little. I ask the salesman and he said it was normal. After owning the car these 2 things really bother me so I decided to take it into service. The service guy told me that someone had hit my bumper front & back but then I told him that it was like that when I purchase the car. Then his story change to it is normal. So I decided to look at other new maxima on the car lot and it is not normal. I'm still trying to get this issue resolve. My advice is to make sure you look over the entire car & if its something that doesn't look right don't purchase the car. Because the service department will find any reason not to correct the problem. Other than the front & rear bumper issue I love the performance that this car delivers. More
