Service was average compared to previous service I've bought many vehicles from Don Davis Nissan and had service done on each of them many times. This service was average, took two days to perform an I've bought many vehicles from Don Davis Nissan and had service done on each of them many times. This service was average, took two days to perform an oil change, tire rotation and pressure test on cooling system. I was never called for an update, had to call myself to find out status. Everyone was very friendly upon arrival and attentive as I waited on my service tech to check me in. Truck was not ready and outside as normal when I picked it up even though my service tech was aware i was coming in. Not a big deal, but different from past experiences. Based on past experiences I would recommned this Service Dealership, but this appointmnet was just average and not what I expect fromt them. More
To the rescue I took my new to me 2011 Dodge Durango in for service. Mainly Oil change, I was called to advise me that the Transmission Oil cooler was leaking. Cost I took my new to me 2011 Dodge Durango in for service. Mainly Oil change, I was called to advise me that the Transmission Oil cooler was leaking. Cost to fix approximately $1000, which I did not have in my budget. My Service Advisor Dee Phillips behind the scenes, checked my coverage and found out that this repair would be covered by a policy I bought at purchase. Scheduled in advance, still took 1 1/2 hours for oil change. I scheduled appointment in advance and arrived a few minutes before schedule at 1:30 on a Tuesday. They could not find person who was assigned to me so someone else took car and did checklist. After 1 1/2 hours @ 3 PM, Buddy came to introduce himself and tell me about what I needed to do to my car. I told him I came for oil change only. He came back about 15 minutes later and told me it was done and repeatedly asked if I had wonderful experience. I had just met him and had no experience. He seemed like nice guy but it took way too long (with appointment) and still no car wash. He said next time tell him in advance and he would try to arrange. I reminded him that I did not have an opportunity to tell him anything since I only met him at end of process. More
