appoitment/wait time I had a 9:00 AM appointment for car inspection that was not honored. The courtesy car never arrived so I had to wait for 2 1/2 hours, even tho I was I had a 9:00 AM appointment for car inspection that was not honored. The courtesy car never arrived so I had to wait for 2 1/2 hours, even tho I was told several different times that the car would arrive "in 15 minutes". It apparently ran several delivery errands instead of returning to the service center. Carlos did his best, but it was out of his hands. He politely apologized for the inconvenience, but the situation was irritating. We have always had good service here, and this is not the norm, but it was not a happy experience. Please work on the courtesy car system; if it is offered, it should arrive in a timely manner, or we should be apprised and be able to make other arrangements. Sometimes time is of the essence and it really matters. More
