Did Not Remediate Mt Problem!! On Saturday August 3rd,,I came in with a knocking/loose/rattling sound and sensation in my front wheels and steering. After approving the recommended On Saturday August 3rd,,I came in with a knocking/loose/rattling sound and sensation in my front wheels and steering. After approving the recommended repairs suggested, I drove home that evening only to find that the problem was still there. I spent approx $3,500 in repairs just to be disappointed. I have made an appt for Saturday morning to take the vehicle back and express my dissatisfaction. More

Front end alignment did a tire rotation as well as alignment, now it pulls to left, wasn't doing that before. Chris said it was due to wear on tire on front now. I can't find any excessive wear, had it look at and tire were fine. The only reason for alignment was steering wheel of by a little making the stabilitrak light coming on. It's not coming since i replaced the left front tire prior to bringing truck in. My only concern is it should be pulling to left. More
