Complimentary Shuttle & nice waiting room. I had a lengthy visit to the dealership but since they offer a complimentary shuttle service, my day was not wasted. Too long of a wait for an oil change I made an appt for 1:30 and still had to wait 2.5 hrs on my only day off that y’all are open. Y’all should see how you can fix that. I over heard another person that made an appt say the exact same thing I was thinking. No one seemed like they were happy to be there and wait for hours. I also asked my car salesman if there was an option for him to have someone come get my car and get it done and Bring it back to me so I don’t have to wait so long. He said he would try but it didn’t happen. More
