Great on oil change but customer service issue experienced I came in for an oil change and expected a list of other items from my previous check but nothing was given to me. I came in previously about 3 months I came in for an oil change and expected a list of other items from my previous check but nothing was given to me. I came in previously about 3 months ago for an oil change and was given a list of items that were due to be serviced soon. However at my next visit on 8/17/2019 I was given not one list, the guy told me everything was great. How could that be when there were multiple items listed 3 months ago and I hadn’t had my car serviced anywhere else in the meantime? I also didn’t like that the guy signed and dated my name on the pad when he set up my oil change service. He stated he did so for convenience but I feel that’s not right as I could have been agreeing to something I was completely unaware of. He acted very nonchalant. I just wasn’t completely satisfied with the level of service and at the time my oil change finished no manger was available to speak with me, per this guy. I have been coming to DD Nissan since I purchased my car brand new in 2014 and have always received a printout of recommendations for service. It was very odd that I came 3 months ago and was given a list of items coming due but then I go back on August 17 and nothing came up as being recommended to have completed when I know for a fact I haven’t had anything on the previous list serviced. I drive about 100 miles a day round trip so I’m trying to take the best care of my as possible, that’s why I’m making such a big deal. I felt the service was rushed and no one performed a thorough point inspection like I was told. But how would I truly know what I agreed to when the guy signed and dated everything for me when I pulled in? He never did a walk around or anything. I even informed him of a noise I hear when going over speed bumps. He laughed then told me that was out of his scope so he couldn’t do anything about it. The only thing he did for me after I raised concern after the oil change was show my some yellow fluid underneath the hood was full so that meant my car was in tip top shape and no other service needs to be completed. The list I received 3 months ago should’ve come up on 8/17 and should have been in the orange or red due to my mileage. How can nothing come up when I had put about 5K more miles on the car since the last oil change? I felt like the guy may not have known what he was talking about, didn’t want to ask for help and just wanted to get on with the next customer. I’m trying to take care of my car so it lasts as this one will be my car that gets all the miles since I drive far for work throughout the week. This is the first time in 5 years of coming to DD Nissan that my service was less than satisfactory. More
