Very, very slow service. I took my rogue for a state inspection wich i was promise will take 40 minutes and end up taking 2 hours, that's so unacceptable, i could be okay with I took my rogue for a state inspection wich i was promise will take 40 minutes and end up taking 2 hours, that's so unacceptable, i could be okay with maximun an hour but was not the case here. So sad this was such a bad experience, never will come back for that again I will not recommend this place for State Inspections.. More

Excellent service from Luis Hernandez at Don Davis Nissan!!! Absolutely fantastic experience!! Luis Hernandez was excellent and I highly recommend him to everyone .His knowledge, attention to detail and custom Absolutely fantastic experience!! Luis Hernandez was excellent and I highly recommend him to everyone .His knowledge, attention to detail and customer service skills are second to none. Unlike most service facilities, Luis has never tried to hard sell or up-sell any work at any time. He is focused on solving the issue you came in for first and foremost. Once that has been completed and only after that has been done, he will let you know you of any additional things that may be in need of repair and may be recommended by Nissan. He always thoroughly explains everything before letting "you" decide if you want any additional repairs to be done. Now that's the way its its supposed to be done and how you retain your customers! Always take care the customers stated problem first and foremost before "anything else is suggested or recommended. Because of Luis and my trust in his abilities, I will only go to Don Davis Nissan for service on all of my vehicles. More
Cocky, disrespectful, and said there was a mandatory up cell Twice I had visited this dealership and both times my service advisor was extremely rude, short, would cut me off in mid-sentence, would not listen to Twice I had visited this dealership and both times my service advisor was extremely rude, short, would cut me off in mid-sentence, would not listen to what I was saying, and try to force me to change fuel filters, which I had already done myself, in order to diagnose a problem that another dealership said did not exist and that the error code that Don Davis found was an old code that had not been cleared out. They were saying that I had a fuel line restriction, and then they changed it to a fuel filter restriction code, so I change the fuel filters myself on my diesel, and while changing them, come to figure it out that the dealership that I just bought the truck from had already changed them. So the truck had two new sets of fuel filters with in a six weeks time. This error had to do with the EGR cooler and now the truck runs like a champ. They just wanted to upsell me the fuel filter change, which was $300, they cost me $85 to do myself. They said they would not diagnose the problem until this had been rectified. I have also been waiting on a part that is apparently backordered now for about 7 weeks. Another issue I had and still have is that the automatic wipers do not work. They said that they took a water hose to it and it worked just fine and that they could not duplicate the problem. Another dealership verified that the windshield was actually aftermarket which is why the automatic wipers would not work. Apparently in order to have automatic wipers working, you have to have a factory windshield which is around $700 to $800. My service advisor would never contact me, I always had to contact him. He never even returned phone calls. I had to get lucky and catch him while he was at his desk. If I ever were to use Don Davis again, I would never use this service rep again. More

Disappointed I never complain as I am in the service industry and know how some customer can be. However the service department seems to be getting worse every vi I never complain as I am in the service industry and know how some customer can be. However the service department seems to be getting worse every visit. My wife takes her car for oil changes, and it seems every time I get hit up for some other maintenance that is needed. I know its called up-selling but you would think they would keep a record of the scam, I mean the extra services they provided. For example I've been told 3 visits in a row I need an alignment, wich I authorized the first time. I've been told my brake fluid was contaminated and needed flushing, mind you the car was bought brand new and at this point had less than 20k miles. The list goes on and on. Oh and all the supposedly needed services were usually $99.99 Today however top them all. After the oil change I looked under the hood to see what looked like 3 quarts of oil spilled all over the engine front grill. When I confronted the service technician he stated oh yeah it spilled from the oil filter. I replied and you didn't bother clean it up, were you just hoping no one would notice, he had no reply no answer. And dont try to complain to the Service Manager for he never came out and I was told he was to busy. It is now 2:00pm and no car, We brought the car in this morning at 7:30am. Not the way I wanted to spend my Saturday. More
