Great service I went in on a Saturday without an appointment and expected a long wait. The staff are great, never have a problem. Cross over bars on luggage rack Rehman salf, was very helpful, How ever who ever the job was assigned to did a 20 min job about 2 hours, Last year James Whithouse( Now retired) took Rehman salf, was very helpful, How ever who ever the job was assigned to did a 20 min job about 2 hours, Last year James Whithouse( Now retired) took a pair off vehicle I traded in and installed on the vehicle I bought in no more than 20 minutes in the parking lot and blazing sun. I have had great experiences in the past with the service department and sure will in the future. More
September repair Buddy Melvin took over my service, even though I was assigned to him when I called for an appointment but someone else had begun my check in process. He provided me with a loaner car as he had promised at the time that I brought my car back to drop it off . The diagnostic check and work was completed in a timely manner....while I had alternative transportation. Buddy and his team got me all fixed up! So thankful I came in over the weekend for an oil change and tire rotation. While my Pathfinder was in for service they found that my tire had a significant gash I came in over the weekend for an oil change and tire rotation. While my Pathfinder was in for service they found that my tire had a significant gash in it and that they were not going to be able to rotate the one tire as it had to be replaced. Fortunately I still had 1 day left on my Caregaurd warranty, and the tire was replaced for free. I was shocked and super thankful. Don Davis Nissan service department has really won me over time and tome again. More

Unhappy customer poor customer service. service representative took care of other customer before me, even though I was there first to pick up my car and the check out poor customer service. service representative took care of other customer before me, even though I was there first to pick up my car and the check out clerk called for my paper work first. I waited 20 minutes to get the paperwork delivered to the counter. Service dept recommended 4 wheel alignment after a critical "failure" upon inspection. Ironically, I had this done at Don Davis less than one month prior. How many other times was service recommended, and I had it done and it was not needed? Very unhappy. Very dissatisfied and feel like DDN is not really a customer friendly company. Just out to sell as many services as possible. More
