Great Service I was very pleased with this dealership! I use to take my Murano to another dealership for the service, this location was close and Erica (service adv I was very pleased with this dealership! I eas told my keys would be given to a sales person by the cashier and to hold for the name. The call got disconnected and from their the level of customer service should be rated a huge ZERO! Receptionist were rude and gave me the run around basically saying your bad luck. Kept getting transferred to voicemails. Finally spoke with a salesman who said they would check and call me back. NEVER CALLED BACK. I have chosen to take my business to a different Nissan. More

Great Dealership but choose your service advisor wisely We drive from outside if Arlington to this dealership because they usually provide excellent service (customer, as well as service). This time was dif We drive from outside if Arlington to this dealership because they usually provide excellent service (customer, as well as service). This time was different, the advisor seemed helpful but as time went on I was made to feel as if I did something wrong. I was provided a rental car instead of a loaner. Instead of going through my insurance (which rentals are included) it was provided under the warranty. Once it was determined the car rental would not be covered because the repairs would not be covered by the the warranty, totally understandable. But...we were told if the repairs were over a particular dollar amount, we would only have to pay for the taxes on the rental incurred during the time we had our car in for repairs. Got a phone call informing us our car was ready but we only had an hour to bring the rental car back to the dealership or we would be charged for one day. Since I was in a doctors appointment, I called back and was told we had 24 hours to pick up our car but as long as the rental is returned by the end of the day they don’t charge you. Returned the rental that afternoon, and not only was I charged for two days on the invoice, the service advisor handed the cashier a piece of paper charging an additional day for not bringing the rental car back we he told us to. Never mind what customer service said. If we had to pay for it I could have went through my insurance company but was never given that option. Again, we were told that morning we would not be charged because repairs were more than a certain amount. And to top it off, they brought us the wrong car and took maybe ten minutes figure out where our car was, didn’t have the car running with ac going (we had to sit in the parking lot and wait for the car to cool off enough to even get in and the car was super dusty when we got it back. Every dealership we’ve had to have any type of service performed at least cleans the outside of your car (McKinney cleans the inside and outside). I’ll continue to go to this dealership because of the excellent past experiences with Omar and one other young man who’s name I don’t remember but I would never recommend to service advisor we had on our last visit to anyone. More
Planning on filing a law suit against Don Davis Nissan. They damaged dash and unsuccessfully repaired it. The radio they got paid by warranty company to replace still doesn't work properly.
