Don Davis Nissan - Service Center

Very poor customer service. The protocol the dealer uses, sending an online link to authorize repairs is apparently not used by the customer service rep. We called to verify the car was ready, we were told it was but when we came to pick it up, Mr. Vasquez realized that our online authorization had not been processed so we had to leave the car overnight. The next day when we came to pick up the car, it was not accessible and we had to have another rep move cars to allow us access to our vehicle. Given the inconvenience we had, we feel at minimum the car should have been washed. More

Don Davis Nissan I took my vehicle in because something wasn't done correctly when I had it at the dealership on a previous visit. Dealership has a lot of improvements to make. Unless the service manage or general manager gets involved, their customer service and overall service is horrible.
