Maintenance Agreement that almost went bad I bought my 2019 Rouge in July with the impression that I had a free year of Maintenance on it. My salesperson at the time went into great detail of I bought my 2019 Rouge in July with the impression that I had a free year of Maintenance on it. My salesperson at the time went into great detail of everything on this agreement and how it was all free. Once my Rouge hit 5000 miles, I came in for my first treatment, to find out there was nothing of the kind on my account. Mr. Hill's hands were tied on what he could do but he did take an extra minute and get my first visit covered, which was very Awesome. I went to finance to find out why I didn't have the contract on my account, he said there was nothing he could do and that was not a normal thing. By the time I came back to Sales, to look for my salesperson, I ran into Mr. Gutierrez. He informed me that my salesperson is no longer there. I was in the verge of tears because I was so frustrated. I didn't understand why I was told that I had this great maintenance package when I didn't have it? Did he lie to me? However, Mr Gutierrez calmed me down and took care of it right away. This was a huge relief, for my bills are so high right now, there was no way that I could afford another expense like this. He took the paperwork right to finance and they said it's now on my account. Everyone was so exceptionally friendly! Thank YOU so very much, since it was 6pm on a Friday and I already had a very stressful week and it ended pretty okay! :) More

After an hour and a half the service tech Paul told my wife that they were tak Went in to have a tire looked at I was told we aren’t busy bring it in. After an hour and a half the service tech Paul told my wife that they were taking it back now. After another hour they told us that they didn’t have any tires and they would have to order them with no idea when they would come in. I arrived and told them you have 50 Murano son the lot, take the tires off of one of those and you can wait for your tires to arrive which the service Mgr Jose agreed to. An hour later I was told the person had put the tires and wheels on the car and that they were going to have to take them back off to put the tires on our rims. An hour later they were finally done. My wife spent from 11:30 to 4:30 to get a tire replaced that was on warranty. I got a “Free” oil change out of it but would have rather paid for the oil change and been out in an hour as it should be. You would think that at the very beginning of the process we would have been told about you not having any tires and a solution been found sooner without me having to come up with it and then it still take 2 hrs to accomplish. I have purchased 4 cars from here and everyone is very polite and friendly but there is a severe breakdown of communication and service completion within the service department. It almost isn’t worth having a warranty if that is what you have to deal with every time. More
