Do the work yourself Took my Rogue in to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Sat for 3 hours. Tech (Norma) returned to tell me I needed new windshield wipers and Took my Rogue in to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Sat for 3 hours. Tech (Norma) returned to tell me I needed new windshield wipers and the tread on my tires was low, and recommended new tires. I put new wipers on several months ago, not through the service center. I purchase new tires through the service center just at 2 years ago. They did not rotate my tires, but I was not informed of this until reading my receipt walking to my car. I went back in and asked about it and was told they could rotate them, but didn't because the tread on my tires was uneven & chopping. I told the guy (Carlos), I had already sat there for hours... My tires are still under warranty. But, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer regarding the warranty even though I purchased the tires from Don Davis Service Center. The service tech looked up and provided me a number to contact Bridgestone regarding the warranty on my 2 yr old tires. More

They weren't sure at first if they would have a loaner vehicle, but did arrange one for me. The part came in sooner than expected and everything seems fine so far. The only thing I wish was if they had washed my car for me. Another Nissan dealership I dealt with in the past would always wash it and put the paper mats inside the vehicle. More
