I advised rep, I had scheduled appointment for oil change and light indicate low air pressure in tires. 1 .5 hrs later I was requested a update. I was informed 1 of the tires were bad and the tire rotation c and light indicate low air pressure in tires. 1 .5 hrs later I was requested a update. Since I had to go to work, I could have gotten better service from Firestone in less time and at a more reasonable price. More
