Regular service, recalls Pleasant experience with this dealership. I really liked working with my service advisor Buddy Melvin. So far with all of my service advisors, I will have to say, Mr. Melvin seems to have been the most knowledgeable. I had to have my car in twice for the same problem. He made sure I wouldn't be back. I also had a problem with my key fob - more than just the battery. The previous time the battery was exchanged - that didn't solve the problem and when I explained the problem, Mr. Melvin knew immediately what the problem was. It wasn't the battery, the fob needed to be reset. He also went on to give me a tip in case my fob would stop working. I won't ask for any other service advisor from now on. In the past, I would just let anyone be my advisor because I have not had any problems. More

Great service staff Last week was fortunate to work with Mr. Omar Gonzalez in the service of my rogue. Used AGS extended warranty, of which Omar was extremely helpful an Last week was fortunate to work with Mr. Omar Gonzalez in the service of my rogue. Used AGS extended warranty, of which Omar was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the extended warranty process, he coordinated with AGS on adjuster approval for replacement of the transmission and addition of transmission cooler. While repairs were pending warranty approval an/or while replacement was being completed I received two daily calls from Mr Gonzalez (am/pm) with a status update of repairs. Mr. Gonzalez is professional, amicable and thorough in his work, very appreciative of his dedication. This following paragraph does not apply to Mr. Gonzalez or the service team members, but it applies to the Parts center customer service lady sitting behind the parts desk who assisted me when I picked up my vehicle. She was not cordial, seemed bothered, and made the interaction very uncomfortable, there were three other people and they all had the same behavior. More
Horrible experience bought tires a full set in August and apparently they put used tires on my car because in February I was told I need new ones. My service advisor John, as is his practice, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and he took care of my car very quickly. The technician and the staff at the cash register but also very courte professional, friendly, knowledgeable and he took care of my car very quickly. Replace AC Compressor I've had good experience with this dealership, especially in the area of standard maintenance. This particular visit was to replace my AC compressor. I've had good experience with this dealership, especially in the area of standard maintenance. This particular visit was to replace my AC compressor. This replacement took longer than expected and what it should have taken for any service center. I had to call several times to get a status. This experience was disappointing and a bit frustrating, however my service rep in the end did compensate the longer than usual waiting time via a discount on the service. More
