Luis the service manager has always taken care of me when the service advisors fall short. Mauricio has done a great job this time handling my car and the issues that had come up, he was quick, explained eve the service advisors fall short. I waited two hours for my car to be serviced for broken wiper blades and an oil change (this was ALL supposed to be done prior to me driving off the lot with it TWO weeks ago). My 2015 Armada Reserve has had problems for, missing body pieces to cover another vehicle sale. The Driver's side mirror has never power retract and on the second service i was told the assembly was replaced even though the parts had my initials on them in black ink an no the mirror was not fixed.i can;t report the issue to service because they've all gone for the day. My most recent maintenance visit i was told the mirroa was looked and found no problem! Mind you I've purchased multiple vehicles from Don Davis Arlington with mediocre service support. I really wanted to purchase the 2020 Nissan but Done Davis to this Day has fixed my mirror or leaking sun roof. To top it off, my car came dirtier than it left as they no longer wash cars for service, or least mine. More
