Went in for an airbag recall. The service person was receptive in taking in the vehicle. Once the vehicle was taken in, I was on my own. No one offered me any form of transportation even though the serv receptive in taking in the vehicle. Once the vehicle was taken in, I was on my own. No one offered me any form of transportation even though the service person made it clear that it would take all day for the repairs and on the recall document, it was stated that they would provide transportation. I set my appointment for Wednesday, August 5th at 3:00pm. I called and asked if I could bring it in earlier, so I did. I brought it in at 2:30pm on that Wednesday. I get a call the next almost 24 hours earlier to say it was JUST NOW being checked to see what was wrong. I then get a call later that day telling me what is wrong with the car and they were going to get the part to fix it. On Monday August 10th later in the afternoon I get a call saying that they ordered the wrong part and they are not able to work on it until they get the part they need. I was informed the part most likely would come in the next day but there was no promises. I was now, 5 days later, asked if I needed a rental car. I luckily had a car I had been using for the past days. I got a call on Wednesday 12th saying my car is now ready. This process took a full 7 days. I understand sometimes there are complications. But the fact that I scheduled an appointment for a certain day and time and it doesn’t even get looked at till 24 hours later is frustrating. And I am very fortunate that I was able to have a back up car I could use at home, being that I wasn’t offered a rental car till many days after my car was brought in. I think that is crappy customer service. Especially for other customers that don’t have other options. I don’t have anything bad to say about any employee, I just think the way that this whole thing happened was frustrating. So therefore I leave my honest review More

Overlooked and not valued as a customer. Walk ins take precedence over appointments with waiting customers which is confusing.
