I got an oil change 8/19, they inspected my tires, and on 8/22 I had a blowout on the hwy coming home from Arkansas. Nothing was in the road and I kept the tire so that you can see the blowout was from the i 8/22 I had a blowout on the hwy coming home from Arkansas. Nothing was in the road and I kept the tire so that you can see the blowout was from the inside. I had to buy a brand new tire for over $100 from Discount Tire in Little Rock, AR just to get back home. Given that Nissan had JUST inspected my tires and the vehicle is less than a year old, that should not have happened. I should be under some kind of warranty or be able to be reimbursed for that charge. I am in the process of contacting the manager as well. More
Never buy from Don Davis, anything! Worst service department ever! Dropped off my vehicle to be inspected and check the engine light, that was on. Took a week and a half before receiving a phone cal department ever! Dropped off my vehicle to be inspected and check the engine light, that was on. Took a week and a half before receiving a phone call from service. Arrived to pickup my vehicle and they had no idea where it was. Came back the next day to pickup my misplaced vehicle and it hadn’t been inspected. Made 3 trips to the service department before getting my vehicle returned. What a bunch of misguided idiots!!! Can’t find a rating tha suits the appropriate. More

Use to be a good place to bring my cars for service, I have two, but in my last two visit they have been trying to sell me service that doesn’t make sense like break pads on a new car Kicks, with only 1,2 have two, but in my last two visit they have been trying to sell me service that doesn’t make sense like break pads on a new car Kicks, with only 1,200 miles. Or an air filter on my Titan, the removed one looks like new, there was no reason to replace it. More
