I scheduled an appointment at 10. Got there at 9:45. Told them I needed my car by 1 and they said that’s perfect. Then I got no call. Finally got a call and said 1:45. I was not happy, the agent who wrote my service ticket for got to move my care I waited almost 3 hrs for a inspection, oil change and tire rotation. The service department is so slow. I've been here twice and it's always something. This last time they wasted 6 hours of my time fixing my car. We dropped it off around 9 and waited to be called. At around 11, I confirmed the services I wanted to be done and specifically asked if it would take longer than two hours and I offered to come back on Monday when I had more time. The guy, Daniel (his name isn't even on here), said he would put "an express request." This was at 11 so I figured it would be done at least before 1pm because he convinced me it would take under 2 hours. I returned at noon because I figured I only had to wait another hour or so. Wrong. I didn't receive my car until 3:00pm!! Apparently, there was a machine down but I was not notified. I'm not upset because it took a long time. I understand that services can take a long time but don't promise people a certain time if you know they have things to do. The moment the machine was down I should've been notified so I could have picked up my car and paid for the services that /could/ be done in that amount of time. More

Great service comparatively higher price about $38 on battery Solars app is not working properly. Your service department is terrible. Called and left a message in the morning to get update on my car. Called 2 other times after that and got sent to voice-mail. 4hrs after my first call I finally get ca message in the morning to get update on my car. After my car being there for 2 1/2 days I find out they haven't even looked at it yet and haven't done the oil change service either. And it doesn't look like it will get looked at until tomorrow. After they finally looked at I find out all the tech did was clear the code and didn't actually fix anything. More
