I made an appointment for regular maintenance. I thought it would take up to one hour to be done, but no wait time was 2.5hrs and I have to find my ride if I didn’t want to wait. Norma was so awesome to work with! She made my oil change as easy as possible :). Took a long time to get some simple on my car fixed. They did not have any loaner cars and I was not kept up to date on the status of the car. I was from out of town so not having a vehicle was an inconvenie did not have any loaner cars and I was not kept up to date on the status of the car. I was from out of town so not having a vehicle was an inconvenience ( thats not fault of their own) But not have a loaner car or an estimated ETA was truly unacceptable. I took my car in on Tuesday and it was not ready until Friday. I stressed to them that I was out of town and basically at the mercy of depending on others to take me around. Now as far as the people, they were friendly and seemed nice I just think there is room for improvement with efficiency. More
