Brought in my 2020 Nissan to patch up two tires and it took 5hrs! They only said about 2hrs... also disappointed in the quality of the Michelin tires. I requested to know the wait time before I came in. The receptionist said I would find out when I arrived. I arrived, it was 2 hour wait for a simple oil change.
