I had a 1 pm appointment for an oil change. Omar was upfront telling me they were running behind and it would be an hour before my car even made it in. I had a book, so I didn't mind waiting for a littl upfront telling me they were running behind and it would be an hour before my car even made it in. I had a book, so I didn't mind waiting for a little while. In the end, I didn't check out until 4:40. I'm glad I had my book and didn't want to have to come back another day, but I did think the wait was excessive. In the waiting room, I sat as far from the TV as possible so I could read. It would be nice if there was a "quite" waiting room for reading or if people bring their laptops to do work while waiting. More

However, Jessie was such a polite, friendly, young man; and he kept me up to date on the status of my repair. The waiting area was clean. The complimentary beverages and snacks were a plus. And the high speed wi-fi helped pass the time. My brakes were replaced and my oil was changed, all at a reasonable price (compared to other places that I checked out). They took extra care not to get any grime on my car, took it for a test drive to ensure everything was okay, and provided other recommendations (but without any pressure tactics).
