Took in used Nissan Altima I bought 37 days ago from Don Davis because the tire had a worn spot that was not from my 37 days of driving. I came immediately after seeing the hazard, was met by a service advi Davis because the tire had a worn spot that was not from my 37 days of driving. I came immediately after seeing the hazard, was met by a service advisor who said they could replace tire but suggested I might need a alignment. (I had mentioned that this car was pre-certified didn’t know why I would need this already) tried to get me to purchase this later…took over 3 hours and would’ve been much longer had I not complained… told me appointments are put ahead of walk in, explained I wouldn’t be a walk in if I hadn’t of found a road hazard that was sold to me like this. Long story short, this is why I don’t go to dealership service centers. They are awful and just want to make money off you… More
