Not sure why I tried again but I will never come back. Chris Vasquez made a mistake and told me he’d call me by 3pm but he was thinking about another customer. Never did he call, even once, to apologize or inform me of the status for my car. No one did. Worst dealership and I won’t recommend to anyone. Had to pick up my car with nothing done bc no one told me a diagnostic would take 3-4 days. Chris knew I needed my car back by Wednesday and yet, said nothing. Incompetent xxxxxxxx. More

3 1/2 hours seemed a bit long for a basic oil change. Also, when getting the "recommended service" paper work, I am told that some items are in need of service. The paper work even stated that the items were checked, for example the in cabin air filter", but when asked if the items were really checked (which requires pulling the glove box out), I am told no, this is just based on time. I do most service myself but it is a bit of a scam recommending service on items that are not actually check and just basing an opinion on time. More
