I went to get my front tire fix, because it had a nail and all so when I both the car I was not given a key for the tire nuts. the service rep told me that I had to paid for the new key nuts and I told hi and all so when I both the car I was not given a key for the tire nuts. the service rep told me that I had to paid for the new key nuts and I told him to replace them and fix the tire. I to a person in sale and told me that it should be free to get a new tire nuts. The salesman talk to service manager and suppose they were not going to charge me for the key nuts. After I got home from picking my car I look at the service perform description on what was done on my car the tire was not fix, only air was put on the tire and said that I declined tire repair, which I did not said that. Next day I went to Discount Tire place and got my tire fixed, thanks to the service guy. More

I had a 12 PM appointment for a four wheel alignment. Arrived and checked in at 11:45 AM. Waited all day until 5:30 PM before manager got involved to get this service done. My husband was there for 5 hours to get a recall taken care of, he was not given updates, he was forced to wait there.
